Our webshop offers the following products:
- Dog grooming tools and equipment.
The images displayed alongside the products are for illustration purposes only and may differ from reality. Prices do not include the cost of home delivery. Orders can be placed online, via email, or by phone. Delivery or personal pickup is available by prior arrangement.
The exclusive distributor of Hydra by Pet Society products in Hungary and Slovakia is Bestgroom Kft. For other countries please contact your local distributor.
Hydra by Pet Society products are specifically designed for professional dog groomers, formulated with high concentrations of active ingredients. Their use in non-professional, home settings is at the user’s own risk. The distributor, manufacturer, and resellers accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

## **3. Ordering Process**
1. Add the desired product to your cart by clicking the **"Add to Cart"** button.
2. Before finalizing the order, you must log in or register.
3. You can review and modify the contents of your cart.
4. Click the "Checkout" button to finalize your order.
5. You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
6. After processing your order, we will send you a second confirmation email (“Order Completed”), after which the shipment will be dispatched.

- **Cash on delivery:** Pay in cash upon receipt from the courier or during personal pickup.
- **Credit card payment:** Secure online payment through the Barion system.
- **Bank transfer:** Payment must be made in advance based on a proforma invoice; shipping occurs after payment is received.

## **5. Shipping Information**
- **Delivery time:** 1-2 business days for in-stock items, 2-4 days for international shipping.
- **Courier services:** GLS, TNT, FedEx, DPD.
- **Shipping costs:** The exact fee is displayed during checkout. In some cases (e.g., promotions, coupons), free shipping is available.
- **Package receipt:** Please check your package upon delivery! Do not accept damaged packages, and request a report from the courier.
If you fail to collect your package, the return and re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

## **6. Right of Withdrawal**
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal for cosmetics is only valid if the product has not been opened or used. For scissors, the withdrawal right applies only if the product has not been used on fur. If the scissors have been used on fur, cleaning is required, which is costly, and therefore we cannot accept returns.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
1. Submit a written statement via email or letter.
2. Return the product to our company’s address (cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted).
3. The purchase price will be refunded via bank transfer.
