GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

We inform you that by using the www.groomart.hu website and webshop, you as a customer (consumer) declare that you are aware of and accept the following General Terms and Conditions of Contract, written in accordance with Articles 6:77-6:81 of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013). If you wish to become a customer or an active user of the facilities offered by our webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and use our services only if you agree with all of them and consider them binding on you.

Technical information and detailed terms and conditions relating to the use of the Webshop, which are not included in these General Terms and Conditions, are contained in the additional information available on the Webshop's interfaces.

This document is concluded in electronic form only. The contract governed by the following terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a contract concluded between distance contractors within the meaning of the Civil Code.

The service provider (Monofox Ltd.) is referred to in these general terms and conditions as the Service Provider.

On www.groomart.hu you can purchase products according to the following product groups:

The images displayed on the products are illustrations only and may differ from the actual product. The products shown can be ordered online, via webshop software, by e-mail or by telephone. Home delivery costs are not included in the prices. Products can be collected by home delivery or in person by prior arrangement.

In our webshop you can browse the products and services available for purchase by product category. In addition to the listed products, you can view a brief description of each product, its price and other features, without the need for completeness. For more information about a product, click on its image or name. This will take you to the product page where you can find more detailed information about the product. If you require more detailed information, please contact the Service Provider at the telephone number provided in the Service Provider's details.

3. Ordering process

Click on the "Add to Cart" icon to add the product to your cart. You can add products to your basket without logging in, but you must be logged in before you can place an order. You can only do this by registering. You can find the registration under the following menu item. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password" reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in using the "Login" menu. Enter your registered email address and password here and press the Login button. If you are successfully logged in, this window will display your registered email address and the Exit button, which you can use to leave the store.
You can check and edit the contents of your shopping cart by selecting the Shopping Cart menu item. It is possible to view and edit the quantity of the items you wish to order from the basket, select the payment and delivery method that best suits you, and delete the item. It is also possible to empty the basket completely. If you would like to add more items to your shopping cart, select the "Continue shopping" button. If everything is in order and you have decided to proceed with the order, you can finalise your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
Once you have finalised your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to the email address you have provided, containing your order details. If you do not receive such an email the system has not accepted your order. In such a case, please contact us as already indicated using the Service Provider details.
Once we have processed your order, we will send you an Order Completed Confirmation to the email address you have provided. The product will only be delivered after this.
You can track the progress of your order until it is completed by using the Order Tracking menu. Here you can also find all the orders you have placed in our online store so far. Each order is identified by a unique order number.

If you wish to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide the necessary details for your first purchase, including your name, billing and shipping details, email address and password for future login. You must also accept the registration terms and conditions before finalising your registration. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The buyer is obliged to keep the password provided by him confidential. In the event that, following the correct provision of the buyer's unique identifier and password during the identification process, the buyer's data is in the possession of an unauthorised third party, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any resulting damage or disadvantage. By providing their e-mail address, users consent to the Service Provider sending them technical messages. Registered data will be deleted from the system by the Service Provider upon request. For security reasons, the deletion request will only be valid if the deletion request is confirmed by the user by e-mail, in order to avoid that someone deletes someone else from the registration database, either intentionally or by mistake. Registration is identified by the e-mail address, so an e-mail address can only be registered once.

There are no obligations to register.

5. Processing of orders

Orders are processed on working days between 8:00 and 17:00. It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated as order processing times, but if the order is placed after working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. The time limit for processing an accepted order is 1 to 2 working days from the date of confirmation for products in stock.

Method of payment for the ordered product

Cash on delivery - If you wish to pay for the value of your order on receipt of your parcel, please choose the "Cash on delivery" payment method. In this case you can pay the courier in cash on receipt of the parcel. The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice and the necessary guarantee letter are included in the package. Please inspect the parcel before the delivery person and, in the event of damage or missing items, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery. We are unable to accept any subsequent claims without a report.
If you wish to pay the value of your order in cash at the time of collection, please choose the "Cash on delivery" payment method. In this case, you can pay cash on delivery of the parcel.
Credit card payment - Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Your credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Bank transfer - You have the option to pay for your order by bank transfer. When you place an order, we will send you an electronic invoice with the details of the transfer, the order number and the order number, which you must enter in the communication field. The products can be collected or delivered after the financial settlement has been processed and you will be informed by e-mail.
Delivery charges

The delivery fee for GLS courier service within 24 hours is 1500 HUF gross, which will be indicated on the invoice issued after the order. In some cases - for purchases over a certain amount, during a promotion, using a coupon - the delivery fee is waived.

Our products can also be delivered abroad - Austria, Czech Republic, France, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland - by TNT courier within 48-72 hours, with a gross charge of HUF 7000. For countries outside of this range, we can provide information on request.

7. Delivery time

We deliver our products in stock within 24 hours on working days if the order is received between 8:00 and 13:00. Otherwise the delivery time is 2 working days. In case of a longer delivery time, we will always provide you with information.

For international deliveries, we deliver within 48-72 hours by TNT courier.

Orders received by our webshop are delivered by couriers of GLS Hungary Kft. Delivery of packages is carried out on working days between 8:00 and 17:00. The delivery address should be an address where the courier can be received at all times during the specified time of day and where the courier can ensure that the delivery fee and the delivery fee and the cash on delivery fee are paid to the courier.

You should only order the products you want if you are able to pay the courier on receipt of the parcel. In the case of returned parcels which are not accepted, the delivery and return charges will be charged to the customer and we will only be able to resend the parcel if the parcel is paid in advance.

9. Right of withdrawal

Within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase. In this case, www.groomart.hu is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the product to the customer, at the latest within 30 days after the cancellation or return of the product. The refund does not cover the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the product to the buyer.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, referring to the product and the order reference number. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 8 working days of receipt of the product. In the case of withdrawal by postal letter, the date of posting of the letter will be taken into account when counting the 8 working days. Preferably send the letter by registered mail so that the date of dispatch can be clearly proven. Return the ordered product to our company address. The postal costs incurred by returning the product will be borne by the customer. Do not return the product by postal delivery. We are not able to accept parcels returned by post, the cost of returning the parcel is also borne by the buyer! The guarantee does not apply to products that have not been used for their intended purpose. The buyer is also responsible for any damages resulting from improper use. Within 30 days of returning the product, the price of the product will be refunded to the account number provided.

The personal data provided to us during the use of the webshop will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Exceptions to this rule are data provided to a subcontractor, without which the order cannot be fulfilled, such as information required for delivery to the courier service. When browsing the webshop, technical information is recorded (for example, in the form of log files containing the user's IP address, the time, the URL of the page visited), which cannot be used for personal identification but is used for statistical purposes. The system also stores data on the user's computer in the form of so-called cookies. Cookies are not used to identify the user personally and are persistent during the session. In order to use the e-commerce system, you must enable cookies in your browser, without which certain functions will not work. An invoice will be issued for the product ordered, which will be stored in the manner and for the duration required by the legislation in force.

You can request the deletion of your data from the system, its modification at any time in writing, but you can also independently remove yourself from the list of subscribers to any newsletter without your registration being cancelled. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter either by letter, e-mail or by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
